They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address - ensure that all details are therefore correct. Since we currently only ship within South Africa, the recipient must also be in South Africa. The recipient of an Online Gift Voucher will receive an unique Voucher Code which they must enter at time of purchase to receive a discount equal to the amount of the Voucher. The gift voucher will be e-mailed to recipients within 24 hours after receiving your order.
